Privacy Policy

OrbTower (“the game”) is developed by RUI. This policy explains what data the game handles and who handles it.
We don’t collect data ourselves
The game has no servers of its own and needs no account. We can’t see your game progress, and we don’t sell any data.
If you tap Contact Us, the game opens a draft email with the game version, device model, OS version and recent error logs. You can read or remove them, and nothing is sent unless you send the email.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game is free to download and supported by ads: rewarded videos you choose to watch (revive, double Gold, daily item), and interstitial ads that appear after every few battles. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
- The game does not request tracking permission (ATT), does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA), and shows only non-personalized ads.
- To serve ads, limit how often they appear and prevent fraud, AdMob processes device and network information (such as IP address, device model, OS version and approximate location) and ad interaction data. Google handles this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- In regions where the law requires consent (such as the European Economic Area and the UK), a consent form appears on first launch. You can change your choice later in Settings → Ad Privacy Options.
- After you buy “Support Us” (formerly “Support Us”), interstitial ads no longer appear and rewards are granted directly, without watching an ad.
In-app purchases
“Support Us” is purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment and we never receive your payment details; the game only checks the purchase receipt issued by Apple on your device. You can get purchased content back in Settings → Restore Purchases.
Game Center
The Daily Challenge leaderboard and achievements use Apple’s Game Center. Your scores and achievements are sent to Apple only after you open the leaderboard and sign in to Game Center, and they are shown to other players according to your Game Center settings.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules Daily Task reminders on your device (local notifications that don’t pass through any server). You can turn them off at any time in system settings.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress (Gold, heroes, stages, items) and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. You can delete them at any time:
- In the game, open Settings → Delete Save. Once you confirm, all progress is erased and can’t be recovered (“Support Us” can be recovered with Restore Purchases).
- Deleting the app also deletes its local data.
Children’s privacy
The game is intended for a general audience, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Only non-personalized ads are shown.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is handled changes, we will update this page and its date before releasing the new version.
